On registration Meeting requires a Member (a term that will hereunder refer to any individual, be he/she a registered member with Meeting or not, making use of the Website or any of the Services provided by the Website) to supply personal information about yourself. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, surname, e-mail address, physical appearance, personality, personal interests, personal values, photographs and other such data. Additionally, other technical non-personal data is also collected by Code Design whilst making use of the Website and the Services offered. All forms of personal information gathered is accessible by a restricted number of Code Design personnel. Rigorous standards are upheld by Code Design with regards to the privacy of Members registered with the Website. Personal information is handled with care.
In agreement with the Terms and Conditions as detailed in the section entitled Terms and Conditions, Members agree not make public on any of the Website pages any e-mail address, website address, fixed line telephone numbers, fax numbers, mobile numbers, postal addresses, or other such personal or private entity contact details. By checking the ‘Yes’ button next to the question “Would you like your name and surname to be viewed by other members of Meeting? If you choose no, only your username will be visible” you voluntarily agree to let other Members identify you by your name and surname. Revelation to other Members of the name and surname is optional and the decision can be altered anytime by accessing the Profile page and clicking the “Edit Profile” button. Such a procedure can be utilized for modification and updating of any personal information submitted by yourself to the Website.
As a Member you hold full responsibility for any form of content expressing personal information about yourself which you publish, post or transmit on the Website. You acknowledge and agree that this content can be made use of by Code Design for purposes of research intended to compile information related to activities such as, but not limited to, improving the Services offered, gather data deemed of socio-demographic value, guaranteeing security and quality. A Member can at any point request Code Design to opt out of receiving these offers. On registering with the Website all users are given the option to either have the newsletter sent to the e-mail address supplied or else decline subscription.
In agreement with the Terms and Conditions as detailed in the section entitled Terms and Conditions, you agree that, if so required by law or at its sole discretion, Code Design is entitled to disclose personal information submitted by yourself on any of the pages or Services of the Website at any point in time if there is enough reason to believe that such action is in accordance with the law, will be helpful in the prevention of harm to any user or Member of Meeting, will be able to prevent any abuse or suspected abuse of any user or Member of Meeting, or allows direct or indirect aid to processes related to defence of the property and rights of the Website.
